Getting [ERROR] Message not in catalog; Message number = 342 () (ARERR #342)

Hi,
 
I am using arsperl for the create entry and i get this error on submit usign arsperl. I get this only when i submit using a attachment. Otherwise it is fine.
we are on 6.0.1 patch 1454 japanese solaris server, oracle database. ARsperl 1.82.
 
 
I get this error on this code
 
[ERROR] Message not in catalog; Message number = 342 () (ARERR #342)
Here is code i am using

You must set some environment vars NLSPATH, LANG etc for your error messages to come out.  See the error messages guide for the variables and settings.

You can look up the code in arerrno.h.  The value is DIRECTORY_OPEN_FAIL

Make sure the value you are entering for the attachments exist as a file and the ARS (Remedy) process user has read rights.
